We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hope Builds Life. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
If your return is not approved, we will notify you via email with the reason.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@findhopefor.me with your order details and a photo of the damage or defect.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
