Strengthen Foundations Program

The Strengthen Foundations program is a small business development program designed to improve existing businesses’ foundational business processes in order to help them overcome stagnation and grow. 

The largest struggles of running a business is owners are often too close to it to see the bigger picture on why they are not growing or are so time limited, their internal foundations are duct taped together to keep things running another day.

How Does a Business Qualify?

  • Provides business coaching in partnership with SCORE®.
  • Develop a business process improvement strategy.
  • Revitalize and fund the execution of the strategy.
  • Post program coaching.
  • Must be a registered business with EIN.
  • Must have filed taxes for the last 2 years.
  • Must be willing and accessible for coaching.
  • Must commit to post program reporting.
