John Pham-Ta brings 27 years of distinguished service experience, progressing from the enlisted ranks to a Wake Forest University ROTC-scholarship Medical Service Corps commission in 2005 before retiring in September 2022. His career spans military and military medical operations, logistics, and strategic planning, culminating in the supervision of large training collective exercises annually for over 10,000 personnel, oversaw $30 million in training budgets, and coordinated over 61 units.

After retirement, John leveraged his expertise as a consultant for Radiance Technologies and Southwest Research Institute before becoming the Program Manager at VelocityTX. There, he helped bioscience and medical technology startups grow and thrive by developing strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry leaders, and military medical organizations. His leadership led to training over 150 participants and nearly tripled conference attendance.

Currently, John manages multi-million dollar interior construction projects for mission-critical data centers at Mission Critical Interior Solutions, where he applies his extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational excellence. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Missouri’s Bloch School of Management, with expertise in C-Level Leadership and Entrepreneurship.

A dedicated community servant, John teaches as a Motorcycle Safety Foundation instructor and maintains active leadership roles in veteran organizations including the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, Military Officers Association of America, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
