Future Texas Entrepreneurs

Future Texas Entrepreneurs is an exciting after-school program designed to empower students with essential business skills. Over the course of 10 weeks, students will dive into the world of entrepreneurship, learning key concepts such as idea generation, market analysis, and financial planning.

Guided by experienced mentors, students will work in teams to develop their own business concepts, creating detailed business plans and marketing strategies. The program culminates in a “Shark Tank”-style pitch event, where students present their ideas to local business leaders.

Through hands-on activities, guest speaker sessions, and real-world simulations, participants will gain valuable skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving, setting them up for future success in any career path they choose.

The Future Texas Entrepreneurs program teaches the next generation in business building and leaders. The program includes:

Ideate and create a business idea.
Do market analysis on current trends.
Learn what it takes to be a great leader and build a strong team and culture in business.
Build business plans and fundraising documents
Hear from guest speakers in the business world.
Prepare a pitch to investors and pitch local business leaders.

The top three winners of the pitch competition will receive money to go toward their new business ventures.
