Flash Emergency Response is a disaster and emergency response mobile application that helps businesses and government agencies respond to disasters and cyber attacks.
Flash EM has generously offered their core platform to be used as a private network of veteran communication and support. Running on their servers and maintained by Flash EM, Hope Builds Life can help reduce suicide rates by providing a safe place veterans can communicate and support each other.
This multi-phase project begins with high level, reliable communications and response to veterans in their moments of uncontrollable struggle.
